How to request a refund

• Email ceo.flowstateai@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include that address in your message.
• Include your name and the date of purchase (your Stripe receipt helps).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. After we issue it, your bank or card company usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days, but timing depends on them. When a refund is issued, Pro access on your account ends automatically.

Monthly renewals

The money-back guarantee covers your first payment. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds when an account has been shared or resold, or for repeated purchase-and-refund requests.
